The Structure for PRF is centered on Capital Reserve Lending (CRL), a “debt-based funding arrangement” with a borrowing-based mechanism.
CMBS/Conduit Financing

This type of Financing alternative offers Borrowers interest rate protection through fixed-rate loans ranging from 5-15 year terms. Commercial Lenders are currently Lending on assets at up to 75% Loan-to-Value on senior debt and up to 85% Loan-to-Value with certain Mezzanine Financing Structures.
